  Worst experience of my life when they got a new cashier and she was so rude so classless telling me to calm down when i was clearly not visibly upset got my order wrong so i had called to make sure i could pick up the corrected version and then claimed i never paid for i t or even asked for it because she was too distracted checking out my man to pay attention to my order. So when i showed up she flipped out on me blaming me getting in my face all because i said that she wasted my time and gas and that if the bagel was ready i would've paid for it and that you shouldn't lie to your customers and then i had asked for the owners number or email so i could file a complaint and they refused and im like well can i leave mine because i am deeply upset and something needs to happen and they refused stating i could come in that friday and speak with them and im like well i have work how am i going to pull that off and they just continually refused to even let me file a complaint. Also i kept asking the cashier that flipped out on me to just not talk to me and leave me alone while i spoke to her boss and she refused and kept going. I feel like the new cashier should be fired because i never had a problem until this girl started working there so i refuse to come back until they apologize for how they mistreat their guests because i loved going there and it was my happy place where i would go get some bagels and some milk thai tea and relax and now that place is tainted. Honestly i would give half a star if i could until they fire her or ask her to apologize because i am a cashier at another establishment so i know for a fact she was doing her job wrong and usually i get over this stuff pretty quickly but i was just so disrespected i will not go back until they apologize.
